CONDITION: the vellum on the back is a bit broken, but condition is fine, pages are mostly clean, just a few lightly soiled at the end.
NOTES: Regarding this Laja Manuscript I would not only say it's rare but UNIQUE, this is an entire statistical and historical file from the town of Laja, an Important Colonial City. I would say it's more important than the Ladron de Guevara manuscript due to the data.
