Scholar Haig Utidjian noted, “Tntesean and his contemporaries probably sang from this Arapean edition. He complained against what he considered the high incidence of erroneous neumations in it. It is a handsome volume, and large enough to be placed on a lectern on either side of the chancel, to allow several singers to sing from a single copy.”
