Wooden steer with rope tail and rope “other part”, decorated in an American flag motif, identically inscribed on both sides: “Bush Bull, Appropriately Dressed in the Flag. Bush said he was ‘Out of the Loop’ during the Iran-Contra skullduggery. Was this the case regarding the budget deficit, when he said ‘No New Taxes?’ Or was this just more bull?” Signed “Ned Cartledge 90”
