According to scholar Stéphane Arguillère, “This time the English description is pretty accurate. It must be clear however that in this case ‘chakra’ means amulets. These are rites and models to fabricate and use them.”
The hand written note (in English) included with the item says that the title of this manuscript is different cycles or chakras of the 12 Zodiac animals; the seven days of the week; and other elements such as ground, water, fire, wood, wind (air). (We have pages 1-17, except 13). Cycles of the 28 planets (six missing from page 13, back and front). Each diagram contains details of what needs to be done for each cycle.
