According to scholar Angelika Koch, “This seems to be an illustrated manuscript detailing how to place utensils for the tea ceremony( 置き合わせ図解). The subtitle tells us that it also includes extra information about ‘display shelves dimensions etc. 棚物寸法其他 and that it is about ‘standard/everyday items’ 普通用品. I could not spot a date on it anywhere.”
