Original antique Japanese lithograph print album with full color propaganda prints of important battles of the Second Sino-Japanese War (Shina Jihen) from the Mukden Incident of 1931, to operations at Chinchow, Tsitsihar, attack on Shanghai, Battle of Rehe, Marco Polo Bridge Incident, Tianjin, Beijing, Nankou, Nanking, up to the fighting at Nomonhan (1939) against the Russian tank units. Since Nomonhan was a major defeat for the Japanese Imperial Army, very few images of this event survive.
