Kuo Min Tang abroad communication magazine – the “Haiwai Dangwu Tongxun,” or a circular for Overseas Party Affairs. The party in question is the Nationalist Party, rather than the Communist Party. The periodical is not available digitally in China. Stanford has these volumes of the journal: v.3:no.1-4(1952), v.30:no.11(1966)-no.31:no.3(1966). It would probably be more interesting to see volumes of this journal from the 1930s and 1940s, when the Nationalists were still in control.
