Kuomintang 1940’s political certificate paper, not filled out. Chinese characters apparently for the Chinese National People’s Party, is a political party of the Republic of China (Taiwan). This is a certificate from the overseas Chinese Association in Peru for studying at an ROC school, teaching the “three people’s principles” as theorized by Sun Yet-sen.
