This Inauguration flag comes with it’s printed presentation certificate, from Architect of the Capitol J. Brett Blanton, which says in part that this flag was flown over the U.S. Capitol on January 20th, 2021 at the request of the Honorable Donald S. Breyer Jr (American businessman, diplomat and U.S. Representative for Virginia’s 8th congressional district since 2015) to commemorate the inauguration of Joseph R. Biden and Kamala Harris as the 46th President and 49th Vice President of the the United States.
