Propaganda postcard produced at the end of the war, most likely under Russian direction. Depicts a group of smiling German prisoners of war over the caption: “German Soldiers in Russian Captivity”.

The verso bears a printed message, purportedly from a prisoner to his family, in part: “From Russian captivity, I send you my best regards. It’s rough but I’m fine…”
