COMPONENTS: Eight pages.
CONDITION: Very legible. Very good condition. Has some pencil underlining in three lines on page 4; with an amount written on the side; and a date of the contract was also written on page one from previous owner, but barely noticeable. The rest is in perfect condition.
NOTES: Interesting piece of history.

Public contract made in the office of the crown notary in Penha de Franca (Lisbon) between Pedro Antonio Rodrigues (procurator of the Juizo das Capelas da Coroa) and Sebastiao Jose Taborda (procurator of Tomas de Aquino Tavares) who inherited of Maria Delgada de Oliveira the right to continue the lease of the plot in Horta da Tripas, paying the Crown 11547 reis.
