DIMENSIONS: Pages measure approximately 8 1/2 x 14 inches.
COMPONENTS: The document is two pages joined at the top,
CONDITION: Paper is expectedly yellowed with some ink smears, and folded in quarters showing recorded information on one panel. The paper is preprinted lined with double lined red border. Fifty cent red document stamp is canceled with three initials in ink and in very good condition. Dallas County Notary Seal is deep and crisp, paper is slightly crumpled by the seal, All fill-ins are typewritten from Arizona and handwritten from Texas.
NOTES: Antique. This is a great piece of history of Arizona.

Antique Bargain and Sale Deed dated November 28, 1922 for Albert Buehman (renown photographer), son of well-known photographer and former mayor of Tucson, Henry Buehman, then agreed to and notarized in Texas December 2, 1922, by a Mr. and Mrs. Albert Kinard selling a property in the city of Tucson to Buehman for the amount of $10.00. The document is then filed as # 7041 Bargain and Sale Deed Long Form From Albert L. Kinard, et ux. to A.R. Buehman.  Dated Nov. 18, 1922. Filed and Recorded at request of A.R. Buehman, Dec 20, 1922, at 5 P.M. Book 90, Pages 209 and signed by the County Recorder.This deed was purchased directly from Albert Buehman’s daughter (photographer/ mayor Henry Buehman’s granddaughter) Lucy, in the 1980’s.
