WWII Japanese Propaganda Photograph Set (Pearl Harbor, Airfields, Sinking Ships)

Original WWII Japanese propaganda photograph set issued by the Imperial Japanese Navy Department in the wake of the attack on Pearl Harbor on December 7th (8th Japan time), 1941. The 12 photographs show scenes of the opening of the Pacific War: Japanese planes taking off from aircraft carriers; Attack on Pearl Harbor; Ford Island, Battleship Row; Hickam Airfield; as well as images of the sinking of the HMS Prince of Wales and HMS Repulse, which occurred a few days later. These are all early images issued by the Navy Department and still attached to the original back paper with government seals and paper insert explaining the images.
